Did you ever wonder why when you are stuck in negative thinking it makes you feel tired…. or when you are happy, laughing and thinking loving thoughts about something you feel energized and strong… Well a Japanese researcher/author, Marusu Emoto, has shown the reason.. Our bodies are made up of 70-80% water and water can be changed by thoughts. (See the before and after photos below).
I have read and absorbed all his entertaining and profound books: The Healing Power of Water and the Hidden Messages of Water, the Miracle of Water, the Secret Life of Water, the True Power of Water, and the Water Crystal Healing. It was interesting to see the photographs showing the results of freezing different samples of water from all over the world. A photograph is taken after the vials come out of the freezer, showing the effects of written words (positive and negative) wrapped around the vials holding the water. Negative thoughts/and words and heavy metal music produce ugly non-crystalline photos as the end result… Positive thoughts, words and classical music produce gorgeous crystals. The results are quite extraordinary. Before his death, Emoto was starting work on books for children to teach them this appreciative way of thinking.
This photo is of a frozen water sample from the polluted lake at Fujiwara Dam, in Japan. As you can see, the water’s structure is dark and amorphous, with no crystalline formations.
After the above water sample had been taken, the Reverend Kato Hoki, chief priest of the Jyuhouin Temple, made a one-hour prayer practice beside the dam. After that, new water samples were taken, frozen and photographed. As you can see (at right), the change is stunning–the ugly blob of the former sample has become a clear, bright-white hexagonal crystal-within-a-crystal.
So folks, it’s a wake up call.. Our thoughts and words we say TO OURSELVES “do” make a difference in the molecules of water that make up the majority of US. What a wonderful thing for a child to learn at an early age!
Maybe you won’t see a difference in the first hour or day but keep track of how nice or not nice you are to yourself… When we love our own bodies, they respond. I always thought, it takes the same amount of time to be positive as it does to be negative… and with proof like this it makes it even easier to try a little harder to be positive. So next time you drink water or go past the beach or lake think a nice complimentary thought like “I appreciate you” or thank you”… Just as simple as that make huge differences. And of course, play the game of telling yourself kind wonderful things all the time. You do own an awesome power to choose your thoughts, perceptions and intentions to heal yourselves and the earth as well…… Just try it and teach your children.
